Costa Rica
DATE: 6/11/17
GUESTS: The Crile Family (We have had Jason Crile over lots of times but we were happy to welcome his wife and three kids who have joined him in Misawa.)
FOOD: Platanos Maduros (Fried Plantains), Horchata (ground rice and cinnamon drink), Arroz Con Polo (Chicken and Rice), and Pan de Elote (cornbread) www.costarica.com/recipes.  The Horchata was the big hit of the night. We will be making it again just because we love it.
MUSIC: Costa Rica, Dan Gibson's Solitudes.  It was lovely to hear the sounds of the rain forest as we ate and I will definitely be using the music for my next yoga class.
